At Whites Boots Shop, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Please ensure your boots are trialed on carpeted surfaces to maintain their eligibility for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots back in their original branded box and secure them inside a durable shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
